Provides enterprise HR analytics by integrating, validating, and interpreting workforce data. Develops Power BI dashboards, metrics, reports, and executive presentations; identifies trends, risks, and root causes; and supports workforce decisions across compensation, benefits, recruiting, retention, learning, engagement, and labor costs. The role also establishes data governance, resolves quality issues, standardizes definitions, and partners with HRIS, IT, and HR leaders on reporting and predictive insights.

Provides employee relations consulting, investigations, mediation, conflict resolution, performance management guidance, engagement survey analysis, and workforce engagement initiatives. Partners with leaders and HR colleagues on organizational development, retention, employee communications, corrective actions, and workforce changes. Develops metrics, manages exit and stay interviews, facilitates training, and advises on equitable employee treatment and compliance.

Provides administrative and clerical support to directors or management teams, including calendar management, correspondence, records maintenance, reporting, budgeting, scheduling, meeting planning, data entry, spreadsheet and database maintenance, phone communication, and special projects. The role requires confidentiality, strong organizational and communication skills, independent decision-making, and proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software.

Manage donor fund distribution, oversee funding requests from intake through evaluation, supervise support staff, execute fundraising appeals and stewardship, support campaign materials and donor relations across the healthcare system.
