Collaborates with senior technical teams on issue resolution and completes desktop-related system upgrade, integration, and administration tasks. This is a high-volume call center role requiring on-call availability and travel to campus locations.

Oversees research administration for complex radiology divisions, including grant and contract submissions, post-award activities, budgets, payroll, purchasing, personnel administration, compliance, and operational procedures.
