Manage and administer American Red Cross services for military members, veterans, and families. Oversee volunteer engagement, community outreach, service delivery, budgeting and reporting. Oversee market analysis, enterprise compensation cycles, process improvements, and provide strategic consultation to HR and senior leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay aligned with organizational goals.

Develop and expand relationships with diverse blood drive sponsors in assigned territory. Create strategic market plans, manage stakeholder and volunteer engagement, analyze data to guide strategy, support communications and contract efforts, identify operational improvements, and represent the organization externally to drive sponsor acquisition and retention.
