The Crisis Support Specialist provides administrative support and crisis response in the community, ensuring operational readiness and supporting clients in crisis apartments.

Lead development and execution of agency-wide training and workforce development programs. Design onboarding and annual training, manage training operations and budgets, evaluate learning technologies and vendors, coach training staff, define KPIs, analyze performance data, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and partner with department leaders to close skill gaps and support organizational change.
