Support Trust Officers with trust administration, account onboarding/terminations, asset transfers, reconciliation, shadow accounting, and reporting. Coordinate with custody, accounting, and investment teams, resolve exceptions, ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, and maintain accurate client data across systems.

Reconcile daily cash, money market, DDA and custodial positions between the trust accounting platform and banks/custodians; prepare bank reconciliations, audit reports, custodial letters; track custodial fee revenue; test and review procedures and software enhancements; provide client support and serve as backup for peers.

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for projects and process improvements: organize timelines, maintain documentation, communicate with stakeholders, schedule and document meetings, track action items, prepare reports, and support team goals. Transition to hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week) after training.
