Independently own and support business-critical applications: production support, monitoring, upgrades, incident response, vendor coordination, change management, documentation, automation (PowerShell/Python), and on-call/weekend support to ensure application stability, resiliency, and alignment with business needs.

Supports trust-services technology and financial systems by developing SQL reports and data extracts, monitoring databases and interfaces, troubleshooting applications and data issues, coordinating secure file transfers, testing software changes, and assisting with technology projects. Provides internal and client support, validates reporting accuracy, maintains documentation and controls, and supports trust accounting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and process improvements.

Process investment earnings, reconcile accounts in the trust accounting system, coordinate with investment companies, maintain records and compliance, and support other department tasks as needed.

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for projects and process improvements: organize timelines, maintain documentation, communicate with stakeholders, schedule and document meetings, track action items, prepare reports, and support team goals. Transition to hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week) after training.

Reconcile daily cash, money market, DDA and custodial positions between the trust accounting platform and banks/custodians; prepare bank reconciliations, audit reports, custodial letters; track custodial fee revenue; test and review procedures and software enhancements; provide client support and serve as backup for peers.

Support Trust Officers with trust administration, account onboarding/terminations, asset transfers, reconciliation, shadow accounting, and reporting. Coordinate with custody, accounting, and investment teams, resolve exceptions, ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, and maintain accurate client data across systems.
