Manage and grow Insomniac's YouTube channel: develop content calendars, optimize video releases and formats, coordinate agencies and cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, hire/manage video talent, support on-site livestreaming and post-event content, and continuously improve YouTube-first marketing workflows.

Create detailed multi-layered 2D CAD site plans for festivals and concerts, ensure safety standards, perform site visits and measurements, produce geotagged placement drawings and capacity studies, coordinate with production teams during build, maintain plotting equipment, and travel frequently to events.

Support concert marketing campaigns from announcement through closeout: track ticket sales and campaign performance, coordinate social content and design assets, manage grassroots and on-site marketing, handle invoices and promotional tickets, maintain project documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.

Manage end-to-end ticketing operations for large-scale festivals and events: build ticketing pages, produce reports, process comps, purchase inventory, run on-site box offices, hire/manage staff, control budgets, ensure policy and cash/credential security, and travel frequently to event sites.

Coordinate execution and delivery of creative assets for assigned campaigns; manage workflows, timelines, tickets, approvals, and quality control; serve as primary liaison between brand teams, designers, and editors; lead project communications, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder check-ins; maintain organized documentation and support onboarding; may attend onsite events and resolve scope or bandwidth issues.

Support live event wardrobe operations: organize, fit, style, repair, alter, and maintain costumes, props, footwear and accessories; manage check-in/out, assist quick changes, ensure quality and safety, and travel to events as required.

Assist in developing designs and resizing media for Insomniac Clubs projects while collaborating with design and marketing teams.

The Producer for Concerts will lead the planning and execution of concerts, manage team operations, vendor relations, budget management, and ensure event safety and quality standards. Frequent travel required.
