Tenure-track Assistant Professor to lead research and teaching in Industrial Digital Twins within Mechatronics. Responsibilities: build a research team, raise funding, lead Aalto Industrial Internet Campus activities, supervise BSc/MSc/PhD students, teach mechatronics courses, and collaborate with industry and cross-disciplinary partners to translate research into practical mechanical engineering solutions throughout product life-cycles.

Provide research-focused software development, consulting, and hands-on support for researchers: mentor, teach, and implement scientific computing and deep learning (PyTorch) solutions, especially for neuroimaging and multimodal behavioral data. Contribute to open-source projects, promote best open-science practices, and support HPC and research infrastructure.

Lead research and teaching in ship hydrodynamics, integrating experiments, full-scale data, high-fidelity and reduced-order models. Build a research team, secure funding, develop the Aalto Ice and Wave Tank facility, teach hydrostatics and hydrodynamics, supervise students, and collaborate with industry and international partners to advance sustainable ship design and operations.

Design, develop, and support Aalto University's finance systems and processes, focusing on project financials, invoicing, accounting, vendor management, system administration, user support, testing, training, and documentation to ensure system stability and usability.

Full-time coordinator responsible for planning, producing, and promoting Founder School events and ecosystem activities. Tasks include organizing Founder Talks, coordinating speakers/venues/volunteers, event communications, measuring event quality, engaging students/alumni/mentors/investors, and representing Founder School at ecosystem events. Requires on-site presence most workdays and strong teamwork and communication.

Two full-time R&D Engineer roles to develop and commercialize a thin-film SPM metrology instrument. One role focuses on SPM hardware, resonators, PLLs, low-noise signal chains and real-time control (embedded C/C++, microcontrollers/FPGAs) while the other focuses on semiconductor device physics, high-resolution I-V/C-V metrology, data interpretation and industrial validation. Both work autonomously within an academic R2B team, collaborate with industry, and support commercialization efforts.
