Supports wealth managers by preparing client presentation materials, financial projections, cash flow reports, budgets, and planning summaries. Reviews and analyzes information related to retirement, taxes, insurance, estate planning, gifting, and education. Assists with customized planning templates, financial research, document management, and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality and high client service standards.

Supports technology strategy and roadmap execution through cross-functional initiative management, KPI tracking, executive communications, budgeting, vendor coordination, governance, workforce planning, data enablement, and M&A technology integration. Partners with technology, finance, data, Salesforce, and Addepar teams to improve operational alignment, reporting, platform adoption, and post-acquisition integration.

Create visuals, perform tax, estate, insurance, charitable and college planning, monitor and rebalance portfolios, handle operations (wires, journals, account openings), conduct investment research, maintain CRM workflows, and support the Wealth Planning Team in client meetings and portfolio recommendations.

Generate and distribute billing statements, manage accounts receivables, and maintain billing data accuracy while providing revenue reports to leadership.

Support integrated digital marketing activities including website governance, social media, webinars and vendor coordination. Project-manage deliverables, conduct market research and competitive analysis, improve processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and compliance.

Manage custodian and broker operational access, permissioning, and security administration; support institutional transitions and integrations; execute projects to improve operational efficiency; prepare and reconcile data for compliance; act as point of contact for stakeholders and ensure follow-through on tasks and communication.

Support the CEO and executive team by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging hospitality and domestic or international travel, overseeing office logistics, and assisting with executive initiatives and events. The role requires discretion with confidential information, proactive conflict resolution, strong organization, polished communication, and close collaboration with other executive assistants. This is an onsite Miami-based position requiring regular Brickell commuting and four onsite days per week.
