Supervise and mentor a team of legal assistants supporting personal injury litigation. Oversee workflow, enforce firm and FileVine documentation standards, ensure quality client communication, coordinate onboarding/training, recommend process improvements, and support operational performance and firm growth initiatives while assisting litigation teams with records, lien negotiations, exhibits, and other case-related tasks.

Supports attorneys and paralegals by scheduling, preparing documents, communicating with clients, requesting and reviewing records, maintaining case data in FileVine, assisting with court filings and discovery, organizing correspondence, performing quality checks, and tracking deadlines in a high-volume remote environment.
