The Enterprise Architect will develop architecture strategies and standards, design solutions for enterprise use cases, and lead AI and digital initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Support AIA Malaysia's end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management program: TPMS operational support, UAT for system enhancements, reporting and analytics, stakeholder training, monitoring/execution of assessments, audit/regulatory support, and continuous process improvements.

Develop and manage assigned insurance agencies to drive advisor productivity, agency growth and transition to hybrid models. Support recruitment, leader and manpower development (EADP, Next Gen), conduct business reviews, oversee agency operations and relationships, and promote use of digital platforms. Execute company strategies and initiatives in coordination with DOA to achieve expansion and performance goals.

Lead innovation excellence by defining engineering standards, governance, and review processes. Advise project teams on architecture and solution design, run technical review committees, evaluate product quality, benchmark practices, report to executives, and optimize SDLC and controls for AI-era delivery.

Provide administrative support for department operations and recruitment tasks, including document filing, data entry, arranging recruitment document delivery, and supporting process simplification/automation projects.

Lead product and service promotion for life and health insurance in China: organize strategy reviews, develop regional push strategies, enable frontline advisors to improve consultative sales, and create/promote innovative sales concepts and tools.

Support the Direct Sales (Tele-Assist) channel by executing campaigns, maintaining Salesforce records and dashboards, monitoring sales performance, producing reports, coordinating onboarding and training, and providing operational and first-level Salesforce support to improve productivity and conversion.

Plan and optimize end-to-end new business (sales/underwriting) processes and systems. Define requirements for product/regulatory changes, run UAT, improve STP and underwriting rules, support system rollout and stabilization, analyze market/regulatory trends, and support audits and regulatory responses to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Perform renewal pricing and re-pricing for existing clients, develop and maintain pricing models, provide in-depth trend analysis and recommendations, produce SLA/TAT reports, collaborate with Analytics and Medical teams, mentor staff, and contribute as subject-matter expert to projects and capability development.

Provide actuarial product and pricing support for new and existing products, lead UAT testing (iPos, IL), manage corporate quotation operations, support product enhancements and launches, calculate persistency and compensation metrics, and handle special quotation and client queries.
