About the Role
高级经理，产服推动岗位职责：
- 组织开展总分产服销售策略沟通及检视会议；
- 参与制定中国区产服推动策略，推动目标达成；
- 赋能一线，推动各机构提升外勤顾问式销售能力；
- 创新型销售理念及销售工具的开发及推广。
岗位要求：
- 全日制本科及以上学历，6年以上相关工作经验，包括但不限于保险公司总部和分支机构营销企划、产品推动等；
- 具备扎实的市场与营销知识，熟悉寿险及健康险产品，深刻理解营销员，熟悉营销员渠道销售的流程和运行模式，掌握一定的销售技巧；
- 对中产及高净值客户的需求有深入研究和洞察，熟悉医疗养老、子女教育/留学等相关高品质服务的主流内容与趋势等信息；
- 熟练使用office软件、文案设计、视频编辑等软件，分析、呈现和演示业务场景中的各类问题与观点；
- 具备创新思维和较强的学习能力。

Skills Required
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above
- 6+ years relevant experience (insurance headquarters or branch marketing, product promotion, etc.)
- Solid marketing and market knowledge
- Familiarity with life insurance and health insurance products
- Deep understanding of agents and agent-channel sales processes and operation models
- Proficiency in sales techniques
- In-depth insight into middle and high net worth clients and related high-quality services trends (eldercare, medical, education/study-abroad)
- Proficient in Office software, copywriting/design tools, and video editing software; able to analyze and present business scenarios
- Innovative thinking and strong learning ability
