The Senior Manager Trade Marketing is responsible for developing, rolling out, and tracking category-led customer marketing programs across various channels, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination with cross-functional teams while monitoring performance metrics and competitors.

Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territory by managing distributors and retailers, meeting daily POB targets, building and coaching field teams, ensuring stock availability and in-store execution, processing distributor/retailer claims, and maintaining sales, statutory, and distributor records.

Lead SAP MM/WM/EWM support and special projects: sustain and implement SAP requirements, integrate SAP with other systems, manage end-to-end implementations, testing, change management, user training, and coordinate with finance, SCM and other stakeholders.

The Senior Executive-GEEC will oversee HR audits, compliance monitoring, and MIS reporting to ensure accurate data delivery across HR services globally.

Manage end-to-end insurance portfolio including policy placement, renewals, claims management, operations, compliance, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with brokers, insurers, internal stakeholders, and surveyors to ensure accurate exposures, timely renewals, efficient claims settlement, and audit-ready documentation while supporting reporting, analytics, and insurance governance.

Lead development and implementation of data solutions to drive ecommerce marketing analytics. Evaluate performance marketing campaigns, measure ROI, monitor ad budgets, establish data-gathering methods, provide actionable customer insights, and conduct competitive benchmarking to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Manage SAP SD support and special projects: configure and support SD/LE/TM in ECC and S/4HANA, integrate SAP with external systems (Salesforce, GST portals, e-invoicing, 3PL), support MM/WM/PS, handle transportation and warehouse modules, drive enhancements, testing, documentation, and export compliance.

Manage GST compliance including return filing, input tax credit review, ISD credit distribution, ledger reconciliation and SAP postings. Prepare data for GST annual returns and audits, update stakeholders on indirect tax changes, liaise with tax authorities and consultants, and produce MIS schedules related to indirect taxation.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for North American business units from India, leading collections, credit management, cash application, bank reconciliation, dispute resolution, and DSO/working capital optimization. Produce MIS/AR dashboards, forecasts, month-end AR close, provisions for doubtful debts, balance confirmations, and support audits while collaborating with global stakeholders and driving process improvements.

Lead PAN-India ecommerce sales for national online accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry). Own account business plans, sales targets, product listings, forecasting, inventory fill rates, marketing strategies, terms of trade, profitability, collections, claims settlement, and new product/packaging/pricing execution.
