Lead industrialization of AI across manufacturing: identify and prioritize use cases, run pilots from scoping to implementation, define KPIs and ROI, scale solutions across sites, bridge Operations and AI Center of Excellence, support change management and capability building, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, energy, reliability, and safety.

Own governance, optimize flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market, manage digital tools (e.g., SAP), define and track KPIs, ensure reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain.
