For our location in Vienna and Kröllendorf (other EU locations possible) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join us as Global Flavour Portfolio Manager (all genders).
Your responsibilities:
- Drive global transparency and harmonization of the flavor portfolio
- Establish governance and lifecycle management (creation, optimization, discontinuation)
- Manage and optimize global flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market
- Act as Global Process Owner for digital tools (e.g. SAP) and portfolio systems
- Define and track global KPIs and ensure reliable reporting
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain
Your profile:
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- ~6+ years of experience in the food / flavor industry
- Experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science, or portfolio management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
