The role also mentors junior colleagues and coordinates global stakeholders.

Lead global harmonization and lifecycle management of the flavor portfolio. Own governance, optimize flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market, manage digital tools (e.g., SAP), define and track KPIs, ensure reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain.

Requires at least five years of procurement experience, SAP and MS Office proficiency, strong negotiation and analytical skills, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Lead industrialization of AI across manufacturing: identify and prioritize use cases, run pilots from scoping to implementation, define KPIs and ROI, scale solutions across sites, bridge Operations and AI Center of Excellence, support change management and capability building, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, energy, reliability, and safety.

Manage and optimize the groups digital marketing ecosystem across website, social media and newsletters. Execute cross-channel campaigns to drive leads, engagement and conversion, coordinate trade-fair and event marketing, align content with Corporate Communications, support divisional adoption of digital tools, and track/ improve marketing performance integrated with CRM and sales.

Lead market and consumer insights by designing research and customer feedback approaches, analyzing market/customer/competitive dynamics, and delivering actionable recommendations for strategy, segmentation and go-to-market. Manage external research vendors, produce reports and dashboards for senior management, support innovation validation and market sizing, and integrate insights with internal commercial data to drive commercial excellence and growth.
