Manage the Statewide Incident Management System by coordinating vendors, program offices, technology teams, work requests, connectivity issues, meetings, reports, invoices, and billing resolutions. Develop and update business processes and support Medicaid system certification, transitions, vendor onboarding, and Electronic Visit Verification compliance. The role requires cross-functional project coordination, technical communication, analysis, problem solving, documentation, and detailed follow-up.

Requires strong attention to detail, communication, customer service, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supports membership and development operations by processing donations, maintaining donor records, preparing acknowledgements and reports, managing volunteers, assisting with events and membership drives, answering inquiries, and providing front-desk and administrative support. The role also assists with fundraising communications, grants tracking, underwriting, records management, and business office tasks while maintaining donor confidentiality and accurate data.

Provides technical support, develops and maintains training content, coordinates and delivers in-person and online training, manages Learning Management System content and user accounts, evaluates training needs, produces reports, supports workshops, and assists with process implementation and employee onboarding. The role also handles training-related administrative forms, documentation, educational research, and follow-up support for LDH and contract employees.

Designs and maintains agency applications, translates requirements into solutions, and provides technical support through ticket triage and troubleshooting. Develops training guides, videos, and presentations; trains staff; researches application best practices; supports software testing; and leads SharePoint site creation, maintenance, and customization. The role also transitions between projects and application support, assists with onboarding employees, and manages competing priorities.

Leads major-gift fundraising and athletics revenue generation by managing donor portfolios, cultivating and soliciting gifts, negotiating corporate sponsorships, administering agreements, and stewarding donors and sponsors. Develops solicitation strategies, proposals, and reports; maintains CRM records; collaborates with athletics, advancement, foundation, and university leaders; supports campaigns, events, and volunteer engagement; and reports fundraising progress to leadership and the Foundation Board.

Leads Workday training, organizational change management, user adoption, communications, and knowledge management across the university. Develops role-based instructional programs, documentation, learning paths, webinars, and eLearning content; coordinates release readiness and enterprise technology initiatives; administers learning platforms; measures training effectiveness and adoption; and partners with executive leaders, functional departments, IT, and Workday teams to support business process modernization.

Leads the university’s annual giving program, donor acquisition, stewardship, campaigns, and pipeline development. Directs email, digital, web, social media, appeals, segmentation, and A/B testing. Oversees the student-staffed outreach center, including hiring, training, scripts, performance monitoring, and gift capture. Supports donor relations, communications, database integrity, reporting, and gift reconciliation while collaborating with advancement, marketing, and finance teams.
