Manage and lead the Standard Loan Closing team to ensure timely, accurate loan closings and funding. Oversee documentation, collateral perfection (mortgages, UCC filings), QA, disbursements, and coordination with counsel, title/escrow, underwriters and clients. Act as player-coach performing closings and post-closing tasks, train staff on program requirements, prepare reports, and support customer retention and communication.

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, defining testing strategies and improving processes for fintech products, ensuring quality and compliance.

Lead front-end architecture and hands-on development using React. Build scalable, high-performance web applications, integrate RESTful APIs, implement testing and CI/CD, optimize performance, collaborate with design and backend teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Support capital markets and finance activities including financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Assist senior team on warehouse lending, securities, securitization, credit ratings, and financing opportunities. Build and maintain multi-scenario models, prepare memoranda, monitor market and credit metrics, and present findings to stakeholders and investment committee. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement capital markets strategies.

Support FP&A activities including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPI and operating model maintenance. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to analyze CAC, loan pricing, commissions, and performance. Prepare management reports, dashboards, investor materials, and conduct ad hoc cost and growth analyses.

Review and submit SBA loan requests, collect and validate borrower documentation, maintain loan files for SBA 7(a) and 504 programs, resolve documentation and compliance issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor pipeline timelines, and ensure readiness for approval and funding.

Lead FP&A processes including operating model development, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI frameworks, and executive/board reporting. Partner with product, marketing, sales, and operations to analyze pricing, CAC, ROI, and incentives; build scalable FP&A systems and deliver ad hoc analyses to support growth and strategic decisions.

Support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial models and KPI dashboards. Compile management/board reports, analyze marketing/sales/opex performance, and perform ad hoc data pulls to inform decisions.
