Maintain company financials including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close tasks. Prepare bank and GL reconciliations, daily cash applications, intercompany invoicing, audit schedules, and support internal controls and accounting reporting. The Treasury Associate - Operations supports cash operations, manages bank accounts, processes payments, and aids in cash flow forecasts and reporting.

Support mortgage loan accounting and servicing: prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements (GAAP); account for MSRs, loan sales, securitizations, and investor settlements; reconcile loan systems to the general ledger; analyze loan pipelines, warehouse lines, and funding; partner with servicing, capital markets, and operations; support audits and SOX controls; and lead process improvements and automation initiatives.

Lead front-end architecture and hands-on development using React. Build scalable, high-performance web applications, integrate RESTful APIs, implement testing and CI/CD, optimize performance, collaborate with design and backend teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Support capital markets and finance activities including financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Assist senior team on warehouse lending, securities, securitization, credit ratings, and financing opportunities. Build and maintain multi-scenario models, prepare memoranda, monitor market and credit metrics, and present findings to stakeholders and investment committee. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement capital markets strategies.

Support FP&A activities including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPI and operating model maintenance. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to analyze CAC, loan pricing, commissions, and performance. Prepare management reports, dashboards, investor materials, and conduct ad hoc cost and growth analyses.

Review and submit SBA loan requests, collect and validate borrower documentation, maintain loan files for SBA 7(a) and 504 programs, resolve documentation and compliance issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor pipeline timelines, and ensure readiness for approval and funding.
