Perform inspection, installation, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of clinical diagnostic, treatment, monitoring and life-support equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment in shop and clinical settings, maintain CMMS records, manage parts inventory, support clinical users, and meet departmental performance and safety standards across SHN sites.

Lead stakeholder engagement and change management to implement provincial digital health tools (e.g., eReferral). Deliver training, develop onboarding/readiness materials, support process design with clinicians, identify risks and adoption barriers, assist reporting and lessons learned, and enable reinforcement for multi-site digital health deployments across the Central East region.

Designs, implements, delivers and evaluates organizational development and leadership programs. Conducts needs assessments, facilitates learning (virtual and in-person), manages projects, creates presentations and reports, supports recognition events, liaises with stakeholders and vendors, and aligns programs with strategic priorities to improve engagement and retention.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT, digital health, and AI-enabled initiatives across SHN. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and governance. Ensure compliance with PMBOK/SDLC standards, privacy (PHIPA), cybersecurity, procurement, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clinical, digital health, analytics teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align projects with organizational priorities and drive operational readiness and continuous improvement.

The locksmith installs, maintains, repairs locks and security devices, cuts keys, and ensures the effectiveness of key systems while collaborating with security and facilities staff.

Track and audit employee timecards, maintain leave and accrual records, ensure compliance with employment laws and collective agreements, update UKG and Workday systems, prepare reports, resolve discrepancies, and support payroll processing and stakeholder coordination.
