Supports plant automation reliability by monitoring and troubleshooting PLC- and HMI-controlled equipment. Advises senior leadership and Board committees while strengthening cooperative participation, services, and long-term sustainability.

Leads large capital engineering projects from assessment and process design through budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. Develops equipment specifications, estimates, project plans, and technical requirements; manages contractors, vendors, schedules, costs, and compliance.
