Ensures automotive suppliers meet quality, product safety, and compliance standards. Manages supplier complaints, nonconformities, containment, corrective actions, quality alerts, incoming inspections, audits, PPAP/VDA 2 releases, engineering changes, measurement instructions, QMS documentation, and cross-functional coordination for new project launches.

Lead end-to-end architecture, blueprinting, configuration, and optimization across SAP MM and PP. Design advanced PP/DS scheduling and capacity-planning solutions, support S/4HANA migrations and manufacturing transformations, and translate operational business needs into technical implementations. The role requires extensive SAP configuration experience, expertise in production planning, materials management, procurement, BOMs, and variant configuration, plus strong cross-functional communication.

Analyze and implement process improvements to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time. Partner with production and quality teams, conduct time studies, apply lean principles, maintain SOPs, and drive projects to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.
