We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure our supply chain meets the highest standards of quality, product safety, and organizational compliance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate customer requirements to suppliers ensuring quality, safety, and civil responsibility.
- Manage supplier complaints and nonconformities with containment and corrective actions.
- Lead quality alerts, issue analysis, and corrective actions with suppliers; use Pareto analyses.
- Oversee incoming material receipts and inspection requirements; support supplier audits.
- Manage PPAP/VDA2 releases and engineering changes with a quality focus.
- Develop instructions for measurement equipment and support new project launches.
- Maintain QMS documentation and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Quality with automotive supplier quality experience.
- Knowledge of PPAP and/or VDA 2; experience with supplier audits and quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, CAPA).
- Strong in nonconformity management, data analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally; technical English desirable; solid documentation skills.
Skills Required
