Provide high-level strategic and technical advice to design and implement secondary education and youth transition programs across Africa. Advise governments and partners, strengthen systems, support M&E, partnerships, policy engagement, research, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve education-to-work outcomes at scale.

Lead implementation and growth of the Mastercard Foundation Fellows Program across Canada. Manage partner relationships, program planning, grants and compliance, convenings, and impact measurement. Develop Indigenous-centered evaluation approaches, amplify Fellows' leadership, and support continuous program improvement and strategic growth across internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate design and rollout of partner accompaniment and engagement frameworks, manage partner onboarding and capacity-strengthening activities, track monitoring and evaluation, support partner feedback and surveys, maintain tools and directories, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and program outcomes.

Lead and coordinate foundation-wide programming processes, standards, and capacity building. Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and consistency across program implementation. Oversee governance of program policies, tools, and templates; measure effectiveness with Program Finance; design and deliver capability building via trainings and Program Academy; manage cross-functional alignment and partner experience to scale programs across multiple African countries.
