Coordinate and administer the START program projects within RMIT's Enabling Services Reform team. Support planning, tracking, documentation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to keep project milestones on track in a collaborative on-campus environment.

Lead enterprise architecture for core operational platforms (Finance, HR, Property, GRC, research). Define target-state architectures, roadmaps, standards and reference architectures; provide technical leadership and governance; guide solution architects; engage senior stakeholders to align IT with business strategy and enable enterprise transformation.

Lead discovery and solution design by eliciting high-level requirements from senior stakeholders, evaluating solution options, liaising with IT architecture and governance bodies, and handing over initiatives to delivery teams. Provide consulting, process improvements, and change leadership to drive digital transformation across the university.

Develop, maintain and support enterprise Salesforce applications using Apex, triggers, flows and Lightning Web Components. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices, perform platform maintenance and patching, and work with Service, Sales and Marketing Cloud and eCommerce integrations to reduce support volume and improve user experience.

A 12-month graduate program with two rotations across university teams. Participants undertake meaningful projects (digital transformation, data, student experience), receive coaching, structured development, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders. No prior corporate experience required; program seeks curious, adaptable recent graduates available full-time Feb 2027–Feb 2028.
