The Program Manager for Psychology at RMIT Vietnam is responsible for academic leadership, program oversight, research leadership, and strategic direction of the Bachelor of Psychology program, ensuring quality improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Provides administrative and operational support for a university School of Engineering, coordinating facilities, events, projects, compliance, stakeholder communications, financial and procurement processes, HR administration, reporting, and process improvement. The role manages competing priorities, tracks actions and deadlines, maintains accurate operational information, supports service teams, and helps resolve practical issues in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Lead the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing at RMIT through strategic planning, academic program growth, research excellence, industry engagement, staff leadership, governance, budgeting, and resource management. The Dean will drive innovation, improve student outcomes, attract and retain academic talent, strengthen industry partnerships, and expand the School’s influence across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Coordinates RMIT Vietnam’s participation in major summits by managing project timelines, documentation, procurement, budgets, vendors, booth installation, on-site logistics, participant engagement, asset collection, and post-event reporting. The role tracks deliverables, reconciles invoices, troubleshoots operational issues, supervises contractors, and prepares engagement and budget-to-actual reports. It requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, database, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills, along with English and Vietnamese proficiency.

Provides peer-to-peer career support to RMIT students, including CV, cover letter, LinkedIn, portfolio, interview, and internship guidance. Serves as the Career Ready Hub’s first point of contact, manages inquiries and data, supports social media and creative content, and assists with planning and hosting career events and workshops. The role also maintains stakeholder relationships, promotes career services, and contributes to operational improvements.

Supports university event planning and delivery by coordinating venues, infrastructure, AV and lighting equipment, facilities, vendors, outsourced labor, and site services. Manages procurement administration, operational checklists, timelines, onsite setup and teardown, vendor coordination, participant flow, safety escalation, photography and filming logistics, and post-event reconciliation. The role requires flexible evening and weekend work, strong English and Vietnamese communication, and reliable execution under tight deadlines.
