The Sales Representative is responsible for executing demand creation activities, supporting channel sales, building relationships with stakeholders, assisting product development, and gathering market intelligence in Vera Viscaya.

Lead international CAPEX engineering projects end-to-end: define scope, budgets, timelines and quality; manage risks, stakeholders and change; coach teams; ensure handover and continuous improvement for seed processing solutions.

As a Production Support Administrator, you will coordinate production data, manage crops and quality reports, update production orders, monitor delivery plans, and suggest improvements for efficiency in vegetable breeding processes.

Execute demand creation activities, support sales channels, build relationships with industry stakeholders, and gather market intelligence. Responsibilities include monitoring channels and assisting product development support.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, provide technical agronomic support for vegetable varieties, identify and advance promising experimental varieties through local trials, collect and report market intelligence, mentor junior staff, and prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to drive commercialization.

Provide first-line HR and payroll support, maintain accurate personnel administration, coordinate onboarding/transfers/offboarding, ensure correct payroll input and validation, act as HRIS key user, support HRBPs and training administration, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Lead and own the company-wide S&OP/IBP process: run S&OP cycles and reviews, align demand and supply, set S&OP metrics, drive gap analyses and cross-functional action plans, engage senior stakeholders, and define the future-state S&OP vision while supporting organizational capability development.
