At Enza Zaden, you’ll be part of a company that’s shaping the future of vegetable breeding. As a Production Support Administrator, your will work directly supports Asia Production Manager to coordinate production with SEA production planning and managing the stocks in SEA.  

  • Work closely with Production, Operation department and cross function for the data update.  

Make a difference as Production Support Administrator

As a Production Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible to:

  • Processes the crop report data and quality report data timely and accurately in the system(s), according to the work procedure (may be manual or via upload). Identifies deviations and/or errors and takes corrective actions. Communicates timely and appropriately to respective participants in the process.
  • Performs the administrative tasks for the input and update of production order data, documentation and approvals. Signals deviations and takes actions to correct. Communicates timely and appropriately to respective participants in the process.
     
  • Processes the new update receiving date timely in the system. Monitors the delivery plan by timely identifying deviations and proactively contacting the suppliers (producers) and planners and updating the data and quantities in the ERP system (ABS).
     
  • Executes all administrative tasks for other administrative processes part of the scope of the Production Support administration. These may include but are not limited to:- the "grow out" process - prepare shipments, such as printing and checking documents and adding samples- scanning leaf samples. Checks that all tasks are performed timely and accurately.  Communicates the status timely to the stakeholders. Proactively follow up any deviations.
     
  • Support projects to improve or automate or digitize processes within and related to the department. Perform tasks such as data collection, provide information on the system, data or process or knowledge of the process or way of working. Test the new improvements. Implement agreed new ways of working.
     
  • Identify and suggest improvements within existing processes of the department to ensure that work is done as efficiently and effectively as possible. Actions may include: check data and signal errors,  find root causes, propose solutions to prevent reoccurrence, perform tests for new procedures.
     
  • May contribute to a project as subject matter expert or fulfill a role as expert in a specific system or process within the production support team scope.

In short, you: 

  • MBO+ or Associate’s degree with 0 – 3 years of relevant experience; 
  • Good communication skills, proficient in English, both spoken and written;
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel;
  • Work structured and accurately;
  • Strain of eyes and back muscles from regular use of a computer screen.
