Assist trade customers at the counter and via phone/email, recommend products, pick/pack and book stock, merchandize displays, and provide relief driving for local deliveries. Deliver excellent customer service and support branch operations.

Manage Salesforce users, permissions, configuration, automation, releases, testing and deployments. Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, training, reporting and stakeholder support to drive system adoption and align CRM with IT governance.
