Supports identity and access management across hospital applications and systems, including account moves, adds, changes, provisioning, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, SSO, web filtering, and wireless access. Assists with HIPAA and annual user access audits, maintains security knowledge, follows departmental procedures, and provides responsive IT support. The role requires an associate degree in computer science or a related field and 2–3 years of IT experience.

Reconcile provider compensation to contracts and compensation plans; perform quarterly reviews; prepare bonus calculations and payments; maintain productivity and accruals in the general ledger; submit survey data; manage contract changes with Legal and support HR/Payroll; produce ad hoc reports and advise management on compensation programs.
