Lead the global strategy, growth, commercial performance, and delivery of a mining consulting business. The role involves building a high-performing leadership team, influencing consulting and software decisions, strengthening senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable value to mining customers worldwide. Candidates need significant leadership experience in mining, consulting, or technical services, along with strong commercial management skills and knowledge of mining operations.

Leads the design, approval, installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and support of Industrial IoT and automation systems. Configures electrical automation cabinets, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, industrial networks, and IT/OT integrations. Provides Level 3 technical support at customer sites and remotely, coordinates with customers and contractors, mentors engineers, and supports safe, successful deployments. Regular travel and fluent English and Spanish are required.

Designs and configures Kinaxis supply chain planning solutions, leads enhancements and testing, supports daily system operations, troubleshoots issues, improves processes and integrations, and documents systems. Partners with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to translate supply chain requirements into system functionality. The role is remote with minimal occasional travel.

Lead capital equipment sales across an assigned territory, focusing on mining and mineral processing solutions. Build relationships with customers, engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and asset owners; identify market opportunities; support quotations; manage negotiations and the full sales cycle; and drive deal closures and market growth. Maintain CRM and sales reporting, collaborate with technical and commercial teams, mentor sales capabilities, and travel extensively to customer sites.

Design and support cyclone and cyclone cluster process equipment for mining customers. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory and customer compliance, reviewing drawings, conducting design reviews, managing technical queries, supporting project delivery, engaging stakeholders, and participating in site visits, commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities. The role requires occasional local and overseas travel to mines, factories, and customer sites.

Manages regional RFQs, customer projects, sales order execution, schedules, budgets, contracts, suppliers, and subcontractors. Tracks critical paths, identifies risks, coordinates cross-functional teams, handles SAP orders, supports site and timeline changes, and reports project progress to customers. The role is accountable for on-time delivery, budget compliance, process improvements, customer satisfaction, and regional output targets.

The Storeperson will manage the flow of goods in and out, maintain safety, conduct inspections, and handle warehousing tasks effectively.

Manage major mining and heavy-industry accounts exceeding $10 million in annual revenue. Develop sales strategies, grow equipment and aftermarket business, provide technical expertise on pumps and rotating equipment, negotiate contracts, conduct presentations, and maintain CRM pipelines. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams, mentor sales personnel, execute account plans, and travel approximately 50% throughout Alberta.

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, and value delivery for global warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, inventory, and fulfillment capabilities. Translates business needs into SAP EWM and Transportation Management solutions, coordinates cross-functional delivery through deployment and hypercare, drives adoption and continuous improvement, and measures performance using logistics, warehouse, inventory, transport, and fulfillment metrics.

Manages general affairs activities including facility maintenance, employee travel and accommodation, company assets, vendors, office supplies, events, security access, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with internal teams and external contractors, supports audits, and handles urgent administrative requests. Occasional travel to Balikpapan is required.
