Business Need / Purpose of Role:
This role is to strengthen project management for key account, enlarge business profile of Interco portion and manage output and sales order execution.
The project role put high focus on managing big projects in order to render excellent service for key account. It requires comprehensive skill set of project management, who can foresee risks during firm RFQ stage and ensure the project to be executed on time to customer meanwhile within budget.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

Objectives:
· Handling region’s RFQ. With ability to work with oversea customers and relevant stakeholders. Comprehensive technical background is required
· Order taken and handling in SAP.
· Track project plan and identify critical path before it becomes bottleneck in order to stick with project schedule.
· Agile response to customer and site request including project timeline change, delivery timeline and site urgent support etc.
· Initiate process change when there is common hinder or bottleneck of project adherence.
· Provide project and contract administration according to the contract signed.
· Manage sub-contractor and supplier relationships. Hold meetings or visiting when necessary to ensure project timely execution.
· Provide regular reports to Interco customers on project progress.
· Set output budget for responsible regions and lead team to hit or above target through coordination and involvement of all functions
· Step into the whole process when necessary from order to delivery in order to secure on time delivery to customer.
Measurements:
- Above 80% of the projects delivered on time.
- Above 95% of the projects within budgeted cost.
- Output /Interco input meet budget.
- Hit OTD target.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PMP Certified
Core Competencies
Project management experience with technical background preferred. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
Sharp minded.
Instinct and solid knowledge base to identify potential risk and avoid pitfall.
Be persistent on quality and cost for project management.
Customer oriented.
End to end mindset and ability to handle multi-task.
Skills Required
- PMP certification
- Project management experience with a technical background
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
- Ability to identify project risks and prevent execution issues
- Ability to manage quality, cost, schedules, and multiple tasks end to end
