Supports third-party customers through motor insurance claims by explaining service benefits, handling process-related queries, negotiating solutions, and delivering responsive customer care. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues, adapting to change, and using Microsoft Office tools. Full-time office training is required for approximately six weeks, followed by a rotating shift pattern including occasional late and weekend shifts.

Oversee derivatives regulatory reporting across UK, EU, and Singapore jurisdictions, including delegated reporting arrangements, daily reporting activity, output monitoring, issue resolution, and control improvements. Act as the subject matter expert for derivatives reporting, collaborate with counterparties, brokers, platforms, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and represent the firm externally on regulatory reporting matters.

Oversee delegated portfolio managers across liquid and illiquid strategies, conducting due diligence, monitoring performance and risk indicators, and assessing investment recommendations. Prepare reports for committees and boards, escalate operational and regulatory risks, monitor corrective actions, and maintain oversight relationships with investment managers, service providers, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit in line with Luxembourg fund regulations.

Provide bilingual administrative and technical support to commercial underwriting teams: process new business, renewals and endorsements; maintain electronic records; request and analyze claims and financial reports; prepare insurance certificates; update RTM/RTG/SFDC; liaise with brokers and stakeholders; produce reports and support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support delivery, testing, validation and operation of Finance platforms (Oracle Fusion, Guidewire, Data Warehouse, MDM). Analyze financial data, investigate reconciliation and reporting issues, define validation scenarios, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure control, auditability and production readiness for Finance changes.

Lead Aviva Canada's operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, corporate security, and health & safety programs. Develop strategy, ensure OSFI E-21 compliance, manage incidents and governance, assess third/fourth-party resilience, track KPIs, engage senior stakeholders, and oversee risk, controls, and remediation across the enterprise.

Conduct file audits and reinspections for auto damage claims to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards; analyze data to identify trends and training needs; implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams; develop QA tools and documentation; provide coaching and feedback to improve quality and operational efficiency.
