Provide first-line onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and end-user devices. Install, image, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals; troubleshoot printers, scanners, barcode readers, and handhelds; support AV for meetings; log and resolve tickets; monitor backups, servers, antivirus and inventory; perform upgrades and asset management while delivering strong customer service.

Identify, qualify, and close new business within an assigned territory by targeting architects, design firms, corporate and government clients.
