Job Purpose
Provide first-line Information Technology support to ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and end-user devices across the business. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Information Technology equipment and systems while delivering excellent customer service and supporting a reliable and secure technology environment.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Provide first-line onsite and remote support for end-user hardware, software, and Information Technology devices, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Install, configure, image, and maintain computers and other Information Technology equipment according to company standards.
Troubleshoot day-to-day Information Technology issues involving computers, printers, scanners, barcode readers, handheld devices, and related equipment.
Support meetings and events by setting up audio-visual equipment and presentation technology.
Log, track, and resolve support requests through the corporate helpdesk system.
Monitor the health and performance of Information Technology systems, including backups, storage, servers, antivirus protection, and printing services.
Maintain software licenses and ensure accurate inventory and asset records for Information Technology equipment.
Perform hardware upgrades, software updates, and equipment replacements as required.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in an Information Technology support role, preferably within an international business environment.
Hands-on experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, hardware, software, and end-user devices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Skills Required
