Provide financial and strategic advisory to ANDI in Honduras: review organizational and financial processes, design a financial baseline diagnostic, develop a five-year strategic plan aligned with member priorities, analyze member financial data, and transfer tools and knowledge to strengthen planning, monitoring, and financial decision-making.
