Serve as the Founder/Executive Principal's high-level right hand: manage executive communications and calendar, oversee multi-entity operational tasks, drive completion of high-priority projects, handle complex administrative deliverables (bank loan docs, insurance, contracts), coordinate stakeholders, and maintain strict confidentiality across corporate and private matters.

Lead and develop an 8–10 person closing team to convert warm homeowner leads into revenue for multiple residential product lines. Drive sales performance, coach reps, monitor KPIs and pipelines, implement strategies to improve close rates and deal value, and collaborate with operations and leadership to scale processes.

Lead all operations of an early childhood education center, including hiring, staff development, enrollment performance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, scheduling, and community relations. Build and coach high-performing teams, drive employee engagement and retention, implement change initiatives, analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic goals.
