Summary Generated by Built In

We are one of Pennsylvania's highest-rated early childhood education organizations, operating multiple premier schools dedicated to providing exceptional care, education, and developmental experiences for young children. Our schools have built a reputation for excellence through outstanding educational programs, a strong culture, and an unwavering commitment to families, students, and staff.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking exceptional leaders who are excited by the opportunity to make a lasting impact. We believe that great schools begin with great leadership, and we invest heavily in creating an environment where leaders have the support, autonomy, and resources needed to build outstanding teams and drive meaningful results. Our leadership team values innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, creating opportunities for talented professionals to build long-term careers while shaping the future of our organization.

This is an opportunity to join a stable, highly respected organization that recognizes and rewards strong performance. We are looking for leaders who embrace change, enjoy developing people, and are passionate about building positive workplace cultures that attract and retain exceptional talent.

We are seeking experienced Directors to lead one of our Pennsylvania schools, with opportunities available in Churchville, Richboro, and Philadelphia.

This role is far more than overseeing daily operations. We are looking for strategic, forward-thinking leaders who can inspire teams, successfully navigate growth and change, and create an environment where both employees and students thrive. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional organizational culture starts with exceptional leadership.

While experience in early childhood education is certainly welcomed, it is not required. We are open to accomplished operational leaders from a variety of industries where people leadership, regulatory oversight, customer service, and staff development are critical to success. Candidates with leadership experience in childcare, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, education, or other service-focused environments are encouraged to apply.

Success in this position requires someone who can recruit outstanding employees, reduce turnover, develop future leaders, build strong relationships with families, and maintain the high standards that have made our schools among the best in the region. We are looking for professionals seeking a long-term opportunity where they can grow alongside an organization that values stability, leadership, and excellence.
