The role coordinates product roadmaps, business cases, testing, go-live activities, partner support, performance reporting, and churn reduction while serving as the primary escalation point for payment partners.

Manages Airtel Money revenue assurance controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage, fraud, errors, and missed opportunities. Reviews service and revenue paths, performs risk analysis and UAT, develops control environments and SOPs, coordinates issue resolution with cross-functional technology teams, conducts root-cause analysis, and provides regular management reports. The role also supports system launches, compliance initiatives, process improvements, and accurate, timely closure of revenue-loss incidents.

Responsible for power management, passive infrastructure, and standards assurance across data centers and telecommunications facilities. Duties include outage analysis, power audits, maintenance supervision, spares management, contractor oversight, access management, project BOQ validation, PUE improvement, fuel reporting, occupational safety, and Tier III compliance. The role also supports passive surveys, equipment additions and removals, redundancy assurance, customer requirements, and OPEX reduction initiatives.
