Support marketing managers with project administration, meeting notes, scheduling, file management, and progress tracking. Maintain HR systems and workforce data integrity, administer Oracle HCM, support quarterly releases and testing, implement process automation and AI opportunities, run audits and transaction processing, generate reports, and partner with Payroll, Finance, and People teams to improve HR operations.

Plan and execute experiential events for multiple franchise brands: site selection, vendor/contracts, budgets, logistics, AV specs, registration, housing, F&B, signage, promotions, virtual event support, and post-event financial recaps and debriefs.

Manage escrow transactions from contract review through closing: verify paperwork and title, coordinate with lenders/agents, resolve issues, build agent relationships, train assistants, and attend closings to ensure timely, accurate funding and transfer.
