Partner-facing role to evangelize Optro, run demos and training, map partner penetration, mentor partner teams, manage partner sandboxes, gather competitor intelligence, and drive joint GTM opportunities across EMEA.

Own and grow an enterprise territory in the Nordics by acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts; act as trusted advisor, collaborate with sales engineering and partners, drive pipeline generation, and close complex, CFO/exec-level deals while managing legal and IT security negotiations.

Develop partner 'better together' messaging, create partner- and customer-facing content, and execute cross-funnel demand generation campaigns. Produce enablement assets (decks, playbooks, briefs), coordinate solution launches with Product/Sales/Alliances, maintain partner portal content, track partner-sourced pipeline, and collaborate across teams to optimize campaign outcomes.

Serve as product expert for Optro in EMEA, consult clients on audit, ICFR/SOX and risk management, deliver tailored product demonstrations, engage C-level prospects, drive business opportunities, mentor internal teams, and collaborate with sales, implementation, and engineering to deliver client solutions.

Architect, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling for web backend services; drive adoption of AI-driven, self-healing testing ecosystems; mentor SDETs; prototype agentic tooling; collaborate with infra and product teams to improve testability, reliability, and delivery velocity.

Lead and grow a BDR/SDR team to generate qualified pipeline through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting. Build playbooks, leverage sales technologies, monitor KPIs, partner with Sales and Marketing, onboard and coach reps, and drive consistent pipeline attainment across segments.

Serve as chief of staff to senior sales leadership, establish GTM cadence, optimize sales processes, analyze performance, lead territory and forecast planning, maintain CRM and revenue systems, and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales efficiency and growth.

Own and evolve revenue systems (Salesforce, CPQ), build and govern the enterprise data platform, drive systems integration and AI enablement, manage HRIS and vendor relationships, and lead a cross-functional team supporting Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

Design and maintain Optro's brand system across web, advertising, events, and print. Create templates and visual assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present and iterate on work, and deliver pixel-perfect designs on tight deadlines using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Lead and scale the enterprise data hub: manage the data warehouse, build reliable ingestion and transformation pipelines, implement governance and data modeling best practices, deliver GTM-ready metrics, enable AI/ML use cases, prioritize the data roadmap, and lead/mentor a data engineering team.
