Why This Role Is Exciting

As Partner Solutions Marketing Manager, you will create partner solutions messaging, partner- and customer-facing content, and demand generation campaigns. Working closely with the Director of Partner Marketing, Senior Partner Marketing Manager, and Alliances Managers on assigned projects with partners across the Optro Partner Connect partner program, you will build a range of cross-funnel demand generation assets to drive measurable, partner-sourced pipeline impact. Key Responsibilities

Solutions Messaging & Campaign Execution

• Create “better together” partner solutions messaging and then translate messaging into campaign and enablement content that resonates with target personas (CAEs, CROs, CISOs, compliance leaders) across our Solution Specializations: Audit, Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec

• Stay current on partner solution capabilities and competitive positioning to keep campaign and enablement content accurate

• Support joint solutions marketing plans and campaign delivery with designated Advisory and Solutions Provider partners • Track pipeline resulting from partner campaigns and propose ways of optimizing outcomes

Partner Enablement & Content

• Develop sales enablement resources for partner solutions including joint pitch decks, playbooks, solution briefs, and training materials that equip partners and internal teams to sell together effectively

• Help coordinate solution launch readiness across Product, Sales, and Alliances

• Maintain and contribute to partner-facing assets in the Partner Portal and PartnerU library

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Operate effectively in a matrix environment, working alongside Alliances, Product, Sales, and Marketing

• Communicate proactively by providing regular visibility into project status, surfacing risks early, and sharing partner intelligence as it comes in

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

Required Experience

• 2-4 years in partner marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, field marketing, or demand generation

• Track record of executing partner solutions campaigns that drove measurable pipeline

• Portfolio of range of partner solutions content such as enablement guides, playbooks, joint solutions brief, webinar content, and nurture copy

Skills & Competencies

• Communication: strong written and verbal skills, comfortable presenting to internal teams and partner stakeholders

• Execution: manages multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Collaboration: works well within a team structure, contributing ideas and surfacing risks early

• Problem-solving: creative about building process, balances immediate priorities against strategic goals

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo/HubSpot), Notion, PRM and partner portal/LMS platforms

• Experience with GRC software (Optro, Workiva, ServiceNow GRC, or similar)

• Audit/risk/compliance industry exposure
