Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments. Source land and deals, build financial models and feasibility studies, negotiate acquisitions and partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal teams, drive revenue and KPIs, and prepare investment reports and presentations for senior management.

Design and maintain visual identities, marketing and social media assets, presentations, brochures and digital campaigns.
