As the Business Development & Investments Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our investment portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities, manage key stakeholder relationships, and support the achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and source real estate investment and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform long-term strategic planning
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, landowners, investors, brokers, funds, developers, and partners
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements, partnerships, acquisitions, and investment deals
  • Drive revenue growth plans and support sales teams in achieving targets while tracking KPIs
  • Prepare feasibility studies and investment opportunity reports
  • Source and evaluate land plots and investment sites; negotiate acquisition and partnership deals through completion
  • Build financial models (DCF) and assess IRR, NPV, cash flows, expected returns, and sensitivity analyses
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, sales) to support project development and monitor progress
  • Identify investment and operational risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Prepare and manage the business development budget and oversee execution of initiatives
  • Prepare and present periodic performance, KPI, market analysis, feasibility, and investment return reports to senior management

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Investment, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development, business development, real estate investments, or project management
  • Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and closing real estate investment opportunities, including land acquisition and partnership/investment deals
  • Experience preparing feasibility studies and building or reviewing financial models for real estate investments (DCF, IRR, NPV, cash flow, sensitivity analysis)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for investment presentations
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate development and investment sector, including land acquisition, investment sourcing, opportunity evaluation, and deal structures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in business development, real estate investment, financial modeling, or project management
  • Experience using Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems
  • Existing network with landowners, brokers, developers, investors, consultants, or funds
  • Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, or land development projects
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunity pipelines
  • Experience preparing investment memos, board presentations, or executive approval packs
  • Strong knowledge of the Riyadh and Saudi real estate market
  • Ability to join within 1 month

Skills Required
