Lead all financial management for the Ivorian entity: accounting under SYSCOHADA, treasury, payroll, tax and social-security compliance, month-end and statutory audit coordination, ERP rollout, budgeting and reporting, and gradually build and supervise the local finance team while interfacing with operations and Group head office.
