The Finance Analyst/Associate is responsible for managing financial activities, including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and investor reporting. This role involves collaborating with external partners, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Analyst will support the VCS team in developing strategies for fund initiatives, investor relations, and portfolio growth, while conducting market research and analysis.

The Private Equity Associate will support deal sourcing, conduct financial analysis and due diligence, prepare investment memos, and manage portfolio companies.
