We are seeking a talented and driven Private Equity Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing team. The candidate will play an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across a range of industries. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a lean and entrepreneurial environment, offering significant exposure and responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and market research
- Prepare investment memos and present to the investment committee
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to support value creation initiatives
- Maintain strong industry relationships and network within the GCC region
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Big 4 Transaction Services, or Private Equity
- Demonstrated transaction experience and analytical rigor
- Sector-agnostic with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team (3–4 people)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
- Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
