The Senior PCB Layout Engineer will manage complex PCB designs, ensuring signal integrity and manufacturability while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include defining routing strategies, conducting design reviews, and generating fabrication documentation, all within a dynamic startup environment.

Lead hands-on photonics process development and scale-up including wire and die bonding, vacuum reflow, fiber splicing, optics attachment and active alignment.
