As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact, setting a professional tone for all visitors while ensuring our office environment remains seamless for our team of physicists and engineers. This role works closely with our Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and partners at the front lobby while ensuring all visitors are checked in according to security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Maintain office logistics by monitoring stock levels for office and kitchen supplies and proactively placing orders to ensure the team has necessary resources.
  • Coordinate catering by managing food and beverage orders and overseeing timely delivery and setup for meetings and team lunches.
  • Provide support on various administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting room preparation, and handling general correspondence.
  • Maintain a presentable workspace by ensuring the reception area and common spaces remain tidy, organized, and professional at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, ideally within a startup environment.
  • Proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to the ambiguity of a growing company with grace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact with everyone from vendors to executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and an aptitude for learning new office management software.
  • Consistent professional demeanor characterized by a helpful attitude and a commitment to workplace security and confidentiality.

Benefits

.The expected annual salary range for this position is $22/hour to $28/hour ($45,760 to $58,240)

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for Monarch’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
