Lead end-to-end development of hospitality assets from concept and feasibility through delivery and handover. Define asset strategy, positioning, guest experience and commercial plans; manage cross-functional stakeholders, risk, governance and operator alignment; mentor teams and ensure operational readiness and delivery to Qiddiya quality benchmarks.

Lead HR business partnering for assigned divisions by delivering tailored HR solutions, workforce planning, organizational design, HR program management, policy consistency, compensation oversight, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development to drive divisional and organizational objectives.

Manage and govern the integrated Operational Readiness schedule using Primavera P6; align readiness activities with project milestones, track progress and critical path, produce Power BI/Excel reports, consolidate functional inputs, maintain change control, and support workforce ramp-up for asset openings and trial operations.

Support SRM & SCR team to identify, assess, document, monitor and report supply chain risks across procurement categories. Maintain supplier risk profiles, track mitigation actions and contribute to dashboards, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of policies, tools, and audit evidence.

Provide technical leadership and governance for Qiddiya's digital product streams, ensuring reusable, scalable, resilient, and secure architectures. Oversee staff engineers, challenge vendor solutions, define engineering principles, and align delivery with target architecture and operating model.

Lead and evolve the enterprise SRM program: set strategy, oversee supplier segmentation, risk and performance management, foster executive supplier relationships, integrate SRM with procurement and functions, drive value creation, ESG and digital initiatives, and build a high-performing SRM team.
