Lead and evolve the enterprise SRM program: set strategy, oversee supplier segmentation, risk and performance management, foster executive supplier relationships, integrate SRM with procurement and functions, drive value creation, ESG and digital initiatives, and build a high-performing SRM team.

Lead stakeholder engagement and governance for multi-modal transport across Qiddiya and beyond. Build and manage relationships with government, community and industry; design and implement engagement frameworks, stakeholder agreements, governance processes, stage-gate and committee oversight, performance measurement and continuous feedback. Negotiate with senior public/private counterparts, ensure compliance and positive community sentiment, and cultivate a high-performance team embedding stakeholder management best practices across the business unit.

Lead design and delivery of Qiddiya's enterprise learning strategy, frameworks, and governance. Build learning pathways, integrate digital and in-person solutions, oversee learning operations and team design, manage stakeholders and vendors, ensure Saudi regulatory compliance, and use analytics to measure learning impact and business outcomes.
